Colleen Kolobow
Principal & Founder

Colleen's approach to life and business is holistic. She recognizes that all areas - mental, physical, emotional, spiritual - need to be addressed for optimum productivity and performance. Chaos in one area often spills over into another.  In order to best serve others, she makes these areas a priority in her own life. Her temperament has been described as a "CEO's dream" and her broad work experience has given her valuable knowledge in both for-profit and non-profit environments. Colleen has been blessed with the gifts of administration, wisdom, assistance and leadership and continuously seeks to honor them in her daily work. She has a love of financial reports and data analysis, as well as improving procedures and creating efficiency. Big projects are her passion, finding nothing more satisfying than bringing a vision to fruition with a dynamic team. Colleen is adeptly skilled at bringing order and process to chaos, asking hard questions, uncovering the issues, and then portioning things into manageable projects for improvement and implementation.  After living and working in the DC area for a good portion of her life, she is grateful to have called Idaho home for the last 10+ years.  Her biggest formation and training has come from being a single mother to three amazing children.  Her life involves a balance of working hard, praying and creating, and adventures with friends. She loves the convenience of living in Downtown Coeur d'Alene as part of a growing and thriving community! Deo Gratias.
